IBONI® siRNA Controls are double-stranded RNAs, designed to be used as positive and negative controls in order to optimize transfection and gene silencing efficiency in RNAi experiments in vitro. The sequences of the control siRNAs originate either from published experimental data or have been successfully tested by independent scientists in human, mouse and rat cells. All IBONI® siRNA Controls include the riboxx® sequence motif, which increases the potency of the siRNAs and reduces off-target effects.
