RNAi Box

riboxx® FECT Transfection Reagent

For an effective transfection of the IBONI® siRNA, RNAi box® includes the powerful transfection reagent riboxx® FECT 300 (300μl), which can be used in adherent cells or cells in suspension in vitro.

Validated siRNA controls for optimizing RNAi experiments. The IBONI® Chromo GAPDH siRNA with a fluorescent label on the 5’ end is designed as siRNA delivery control. The IBONI® Firefly Luciferase (GL3) siRNA is designed to control gene silencing efficiency. The IBONI® Negative Control-N3 siRNA is designed to control gene silencing specificity.

RNAi box® includes RNase-free water (2 ml), as well as three commonly used RNA storage buffers (2 ml each):

• A: 0.1 mN EDTA in RNase-free water (2 ml)
• B: 10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA, pH 7.0 (2 ml)
• C: 1 mM Sodium citrate, pH 6.4 (2 ml)

All RNA storage buffers have been prepared using purest materials and were tested to ensure that all buffers are RNase-free.
