At Riboxx, we aim at pushing the RNA synthesis to its limits, i.e. the length of RNA, the amount of RNA and the chemistry. Riboxx has developed a strong expertise in the field of synthesis of RNA longmers. Another field of expertise relates to the amount of RNA. Here the ENOVA® process for a large scale synthesis of RNA has been developed.
ENOVA® for large scale synthesis of RNA
The ENOVA® process (Exponential de NOVo Amplification) has been developed at Riboxx. This process enables exponential amplification and synthesis of RNA in vitro using the proprietary Riboxx technology. Production of RNA in large scale is the answer of Riboxx to the increased cost of RNA synthesis in the field of RNAi therapy. Moreover, with the help of exponential amplification of RNA through ENOVA®, synthesis of RNA in large scale is being made possible for the first time.
