At Riboxx we have developed and validated a new structure of siRNA with a special sequence motif. The riboxx® sequence motif increases the efficiency of the gene silencing by enhancing loading of the antisense strand to the RISC complex. As a consequence, much less siRNA are needed for an effective gene silencing with a subsequent reduction of off-target effects.
